Brad Teal Real Estate came highly recommended by my property manager. I dealt with Jayden Manno and his service was excellent. He offered to assist with getting tradies into the property for improvements as I live an hour away, so that the property would look its best for sale. Once the property was on the market, Jayden was in constant contact about the outcome of each inspection and any interest from potential buyers. In the end the property sold within 3 weeks of going on the market, which given we were in the middle of the COVID pandemic was amazing. Highly recommended, would definitely use this company again.

Brad was honest which is what we value most. He gave us a realistic estimate of our property's probable sale price, alerting us to the fact that during this difficult time of Covid19 there was likely to be lower offers. There was no pressure from him at any time. He worked extremely hard and there were many inspections. Eventually the right buyer came along and although we settled for less than the desired amount, we are not dissappointed. We dealt primarily with Brad and found him personable and encouraging and committed. Happy to deal with him again and refer him to others.
