Sales in a compromised market.

Julie, as always, and was very conscientious and worked very hard to sell our property under difficult circumstances. The only negative was that our open houses were often "pooled" with 16 Childe Harold Rd., and the times were often back to back i.e. 0930-1000 and then ours 1000-1030. Every time Julie was late to get to our place ans I was asked to let customers in and show them around while Julie was still flogging Childe Harold. We even had potential clients who were waiting for Julie drive off when she failed to appear.
