Worst service ever

I signed in on May 1st but initially I got the package where you receive cancellation notification and book urself. Since such notifications work only if you respond within seconds. So I talked to them and they convinced me to buy auto booking package which was £45 on top of £20 which I already paid for earlier deal. To date which is more than 2 months I did not receive a single cancellation or auto booking at dates of my choice. I want to ask for a refund but there are no clear means of communication other than email. They will provide excuses that it’s busy bla bla then don’t scam people with that much money if you are unable to help even after 2 months of wait I am so annoyed and frustrated both over the wasted time and money

Do not trust

If it were possible, I would give zero stars. I registered with them in January, and by May, I got fed up waiting, as I did not get even one chance/one cancellation to book my test. When asked why it takes so long, all I got was that the centre I need is very in demand. Then I went online and was lucky to book my test for the 21st of November for the wanted centre. It is far, but at least I had a date. Then suddenly, the same evening, I am getting a message that their system has secured for me a test on 17th November for my second-choice test centre. There was no way of contacting them to stop this change, the phone number that delivered the message was all AI, as well as online chat. Over email, they tried to convince me they did not change my booking (I was supposed to be notified that there is an available test and have an opportunity to take it or decline it). As a result, I had the test booked for the day and place I did not want. I cancelled my registration with them and requested for refund as per their policy (if the service is not delivered within 4 weeks). I was promised the refund, but now, when I am trying to email them, I get a message that my emails will be redirected to another server, and I am getting nowhere with them. It's just a big scam.

What a absolute scam they take your…

What a absolute scam they take your money and keep sending you made up test, I've had 6 available test come through in one hour absolute joke. I've reported them to my bank and I will be making it known they are advertising is fraud , I tried to get hold of them to only get a automated robot, I've tried emailing them and it comes back has no email with this name, be very careful not to give them your money it's a SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Didn't believe I could get this kind of dodgy service from you. I booked with you 4 weeks ago with payment, just to find out 2 weeks ago that nothing works on the site, you can't call, you can't chat with them either. Despite all effort, will never recommend this to any intending drivers.

I passed my test much sooner thanks

I passed my test much sooner thanks to this! The wait times for driving tests are ridiculous, and I was really frustrated because I needed my license for work. I signed up hoping to get an earlier date, and within just a few days, I got multiple options. I was able to book a test two months earlier than my original one! The notifications were super quick, and I had no trouble securing the date I wanted. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who needs a faster test.

SCAM!!!

Do not use this website as this is a scam. They charged me £19 immediately and sent the slot available. Even though I logged in to Drive test in 15 minutes the slot was already taken or never available. When I contacted them ( AI chat), I was told that my money is not refundable as they found me a slot and I didn't use it quick enough. They also offered me better option only £49 for auto booking. SCAM !!!!

AVOID..!!! I book and I got nothing now and not refund yet. No answer to email or information. I need my money back Update.RESPONSIBLE COMPANY The company has refunded my money through the help of my Bank as promised and they show a good response and responsibility for what happened. Thank you.
