Me gusto mucho los 5 días que estuve con mi esposo e hijo en palma de Mallorca la atención fue muy buena y la comida uy rica
Hemos estado 6 días localización perfecta para visitar la isla. Personal muy agradable. Vistas inmejorables desde el hotel.
Es un hotel que ofrece muchos servicios a precio asequible, es simple sin lujos pero adecuado y cumple con los estándares de las estrellas que posee. Buena relación calidad precio
No hot water, light was broken in the room, we said it to the staff 3 days in a row and it wasn’t fixed. There was 2 single beds with 2 single sheets. Staff were very rude
The food was cold no option we stayed all inclusive but had to eat out this is not a 4 star hotel more like 1 star made complaints but got no reply interpalace hotel in Tenerife is the worst holiday we’ve ever been in
Genial el trato del personal del hotel
Very easy to use
Llevo de cliente de este hotel varios años y siempre en la misma fecha.El trato con algunos de sus empleados es ya como de familia , y de los demas el trato es muy bueno.Si en algo tengo que poner una pega es en las contratas del servicio ( limpieza , camareros ), no son tan buenos como su personal de plantilla.
Gran amabilidad,calidad en la comida,un entorno muy agradable
La habitación es amplia y poco más, la cama no es muy cómoda, la limpieza deja que desear. Hoy he dejado el hotel y por ciertos motivos he tenido que quedarme 1 día más en Malaga. Y estoy en un hotel de 2 estrellas mucho mejor que esté.
Mi pareja y yo estuvimos en agosto una semana. Calidad precio es buena, todo el personal muy agradable, repetiremos en Semana Santa.

Es un Hotel de tres estrellas que está muy bien precio calidad hemos ido muchas veces y siempre el trato ha sido muy bueno. Por eso volvemos una y otra vez.
La estancia muy bien , a pesar de q las instalaciones y las hab están un poco deterioradas , pero el personal , la comida y el resto muy bien , el trato del personal , esquisto , muuuy familiar y muuuy bien .
