The staff are very approachable and helpful. Especially, the staff named John is very polite and attentive. The process at the office is quite fast and organized. Only one recommendation is to improve the process for the appointment reservation. The website was error many times when I did the payment online and I had to re-type everything from the start.

Today 24th March 2025, I was assisted by Jayesh Patel on the PCC process . I want to appreciate his client empathy and exceptional quality of service provided. He was very knowledgeable on the end to end process and was able to guide us in a very professional way. I must mention I have been a client at BLS across many countries this is one f my best client experience.if you see him next time at the BLS office Downtown Montreal just know you will get the best service. We recently submitted a PCC application for my wife through BLS Canada and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The application was rejected the first time due to a minor missing detail (postal code), which we accept as our oversight. However, after creating a new application (with a new ARN and updated address), we followed every instruction given by BLS agents — calling multiple times to confirm the exact documents needed. Despite submitting everything as told, the second application was returned again — this time for not including a "self-declaration for change in appearance" which was never mentioned in any checklist or by any agent we spoke to. When I called BLS for clarification, the representatives had no idea what a self-declaration even meant. One agent mentioned "draft" and then randomly started talking about bank drafts, completely confusing the situation. Their phone support team is uninformed, untrained, and reads from a script without actually helping. To make things worse, I was told I would have to pay $100 again for courier service because the application was returned due to their poor communication. If you're dealing with BLS, triple-check everything, record calls if you can, and don't expect consistent or professional support. It's clear they’re more focused on generating fees than providing actual service. Extremely disappointed with how avoidable delays and costs are being passed onto applicants.

PASSPORT SERVICE - SURRENDER: Gave 3 star because of staff Kinjal's (Regina) specific service delivery understanding our situation, allow us to change Photos of our kids, on the same day. Otherswise, another visit is not allowed, despite 4 family member appointment spare time was 2 hours. However, Just oneday before, in walk-in service visit, we observed staff are novice and clerical experts only (lakeer ke fakeer), spelling mistake is understood, but the ERROR they were pointing were very silly, like place of birth mentioned City & state in the passport, where as in the applicaiton, city mentioned but the state name in the next row, as per PASSPORT SEVA std questionarrie, that not sound adequate to them. Moreover, There were 2-3 photo pasted of misbehaviour and restrcited entry (Regina Police complain details) of few individual along side of BLS zero tolerance policy. The feeling I had after getting through all these, I shoudn't do any disagreement (or healthy argument) with this team , I might get restricted in the same fashion if I assume all those individual were aggravated with such clerical ERROR pointing. I have had immeidate travel plan, I shoudn't be indulge myself in such dispute. With this feedback, BLS management team and or Indian consulate think about improvment in the service. THANKS FOR EXTENDING CONSULATE SERVICES IN REGINA CITY, APPRECIATED!

I could have give zero star but there is no option . Well me and my wife had very bad experience in BLS vanouver office . We went there to surrender our passport. One minor mistake. Which they could have change it They charge 60$ per person for change one alfabet. What nice way to get bribe . Indian systyme will never change no matter it is in india or indian embassy in any other country . Same system taking peoples money telling silly mistake. And innocent people who work so hard for the money this kind of office taking money like very easily. Well it will never change this is reality of indian system and indian officer who live in abroad but mentality is still indian . This is my experience today .

Very knowledgeable and they try to accommodate even at the last minute. I had few miss outs but Urvi Dixit helped me out and I did not have to come again. Kind and patient.
