Today is the 3rd. day of my visit to this BLS International in Montréal, due to various reasons. Disha (BLS employee), attended me for the submission of my applicatiom for Surrender of Indian Citizenship. There were few additions and corrections to be made with my application. I felt exhaustd. But: Disha's Customer Service with a positive smile and attitude, great respect, thorough checking of my application, proper guidance and support gave me the willingness and ability to return tomorrow or Thursday to submit the application. Disha is a positive, hardworking, professional and a welcoming person for customer service. She will go a long way in her carrier and life. Other staff members should be inspired by her. Infact, the whole group of staff today were great. Thank you all. I will be back. Best wishes.

The application process is streamlined. Staff very efficient and friendly. The online booking platform for appointments leaves a lot to desire and has the habit of freezing. and “kicking you out”.

The gentleman who was assisting me at the Coral Gables/Miami office was incredibly helpful and patient. The lady who was helping other applicants was also helping with her knowledge of the process. I had the best visa application experience. I highly recommend these two representatives working at this location based on their process knowledge, professionalism, and kind personalities.

My recent visit to the BSL was an exercise in patience and frustration. Despite arriving early, what should have been a routine process turned into a grueling 3-hour ordeal—for just **20 tokens

It’s clear that no one tried this experience as a customer earlier to utilize the services of the center, the lack of welcoming, lack of communication and organization is clear, picking up a passport from an empty service counter and number of waiting customers, while employees are walking by without mimimun courtesy to check what customers need, when you realize that the security guy is in charge fully with a modest service attitude and memory based queuing system! Over One hour to collect a passport! P.S the parking and using the counter pen with a tangled wire is a challenge!
