BLS Canada - I have written an excellent feedback about your services at the centre but as always I am throughly disappointed by your logistic partner Purolator. I live in a house and never Purolator drivers are able to locate the address not they bother to call. For all the three passport of my family i had to call their customer care and schedule a reattempt delivery which as well did not happen, finally I had to drive 25 kms to pick up the passports which were all delivered at different times. I am sure I would not be the only one suffering here but can you please take a note of this feedback seriously and change your logistic partner.
