We are paying BLS for their services, yet the value for our time is not being respected. For a simple photo attestation, the process took nearly two hours without any justified reason. Despite the presence of nearly four unattended counters, there was no effort from the staff to manage the crowd efficiently or assist the waiting customers. We kindly request the embassy to intervene and ensure that adequate manpower is provided at BLS centers to reduce waiting times and improve the overall customer experience.

Had a great fast paced service from jeddah team starting from the reception and then Sawsan who evaluated and received my application and lastly at room 4 with the lady who took my biometrics. It was a smooth process and great service

I had a very nice experience today at BLS, thanks to both Karuna and Sonia who guided me throughout the process and supported me with all my questions with detailed answers. They were quite patient and helped me in filling up the form. Sonia even filled up the address part for me, which was quite lengthy to be filled in the Annexture E form. Thank you again to the team for being so supportive.
