Today , had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Ms Sirisha Kurra at the BLS office in Regina for my OCI application process. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth and positive. She was extremely helpful in guiding us through the form-filling process and ensured that all necessary documents were properly arranged and submitted. What really stood out was Shirisha was very friendly, polite, and courteous manner.She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, which made me feel at ease and confident throughout. Thanks to all the Staff and particularly Sirisha and the gentleman who dealt with my application, for their support, what could have been a stressful task turned into a very comfortable and reassuring experience. We're truly grateful for the professionalism and kindness shown to us. Highly recommended for anyone needing support with visa applications!
