Review for Sumaya & Lidia I mistakenly arrived without my passport. Sumaya, the receptionist, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and empathy. She immediately reassured me, remained calm, and kindly allowed me the time to return home and retrieve the document. When I came back, she ensured all my paperwork was in order and guided me through the next steps. Although my e-visa proving permanent residency hadn’t yet come through, she remained composed, positive, and directed me to the appropriate counter to queue where I met Lidia. Lidia was brilliant too. I had a few items missing as I had not checked the updated requirements this year for submission. I had applied for a visa last year and used the same criteria. Very good service by Kinjal. Helped filled out our paperwork despite being quite busy . The wait time was a little longer in spite of using the premium lounge but overall great experience .
