Es una persona muy profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y con un gran conocimiento en todo lo relacionado con visados, trámites consulares y servicios OCI. Su atención al cliente es excelente, resolutivo, amable y muy eficiente. Gracias a su ayuda, el proceso fue mucho más fácil y rápido de lo que esperaba. Se nota que le apasiona su trabajo y que siempre busca dar lo mejor. ¡Un placer haber sido atendido por él!

Jeddah team is the best, very smooth experience from entry to waiting, document matching and data collection, center services including printing and translation to finger prints collection. All didn’t take more than 20 mins with very friendly and helpful staff. When my visa expires I wish to have the same experience again.

Sonam did a great job

Really poor experience here. Cannot get normal appointments online at all, always fully booked so had to do walkins. When I did it’s not that many normal appointments applicants so where did all the slots go? Rude staff, said to the walk in applicants “I don’t know why you’re even here it says no walk-ins” “Queue in a straight line or you could go home” I waited for 4.5hrs in total over two days and treated like third class citizen. Paid £230 for premium and didn’t get my passport in two weeks. No calls, no text message whatsoever. Hope the Consulate sees this and can make improvements, otherwise definitely not applying for visa to come to Spain.

Good service

I came for my passport renewal here. I had a good experience was attended courteously by the executive . His name is Vishnu. He guided me through the process and helped me with the procedure.

It took long time to check the papers and they asked for additional copies that were not mentioned in the original document as we are one family with the same reservation, insurance, flights, and financial sponsorship. To proceed for payment it took another ( 3rd) revision to pay
