Good service. I was provided with a 3-hour delivery time-frame with a call 40 minutes before arrival to the house. The delivery staff were polite and helpful.

Brilliant service, wouldn't hesitate to use again. Received a 3 hour window for delivery, a call 30/40 minutes before arrival and two very polite gentlemen arrived who were happy to help carry the furniture.

I have had deliveries from BJS Home Delivery many times, usually with large items, and have been very happy with the outcome, but was disappointed with the recent delivery of a large pouffe, "not particularly heavy", but was left at the door, without asking if it was needed carried upstairs to a particular room. My husband is 79, has mobility issues, and found it very awkward and slightly stressful carrying it upstairs. It is our opinion that the delivery driver should have seen the situation, and offered to carry it upstairs for him.

Quick delivery, the guys who delivered it were very nice, the bed is very straight forward to build, feels sturdy, and best of all one of the cheapest high quality ottoman beds out there !

The delivery team were absolutely excellent and overcame the problem of a narrow staircase and got the heavy wardrobe upstairs to the bedroom, with no damage to item or house. Thank you so much for an excellent service.
