Delivery men were very abrupt and not pleasant at all, they didn’t even say hello or good bye I had to ask if they were done. I understand they are maybe under time pressured but simple manners go along way Would not recommend

I was given a 3 hour time slot the previous evening, and early on in the day the driver called me to say he wouldn't be long, and they duly arrived within the time. The boxes were taken to the room of my choice, and the two men were pleasant & courteous.

Broke our bannister and refused to take it to our bedroom so we had to do this ourselves. Clearly would fit up the stairs as I could lift with my boyfriend even though it wasn’t our job. If we hadn’t have tried, we would’ve had to send it back. Awful delivery service and very frustrating having to fix the bannister as well as lift this unexpectedly.
