Had them for 5 years. The best protection, I have never had any PC issue and im online all the time. BUTTT last year, a staff use my debit card to purchase $400 of sport betting. Thank GOD my bank USA... See more

I've been utilising Bitdefender for several years and it provides the security I need re online banking, purchases, and social media. As proven by many reviews, it is a highly professional and effective software and my interaction with the customer service has at all times been satisfactory. I would recommend Bitdefender to anyone. 👍
I had issues installing bitdefender and they were able to troubleshoot it without any issues.
I have used other software, but Bitdedender is my favourite software for online protection and safety.

I recently changed to Bitdefender after many years with another online security provider. To complicate things, my computer began to sputter a couple of weeks later. I contacted Bitdefender about how/if I could transfer my subscription to my new PC. My prior provider's team was such jerks when I finally had a issue, I cancelled with them and found Bitdefender. THEIR support team was excellent, gave perfect instructions on how to get my new PC protected...AND they were really nice about it!

Subscription renewal con job. Contract was up on April 28th, they more than doubled the price to £130 so I took off auto renewal until close to expiry. When they “reduced” price to £65, I went to renew from renewal email itself. Oh no, they just set up another subscription entirely. So I cancelled new subscription and obtained refund. 27th e-mail told subscription had expired and this was my last chance. I ignored and following morning at 7:23 text from bank saying they charged my account. Spoke to bank at 8:05 and reported fraudulent attempt to charge. Card now blocked. Last week took out annual subscription with Norton from Amazon about £14!!! Covers 5 devices, unlimited VPN and dark web protection which spotted a data breach from 2019 and my wife’s email details from Dec 2024. Wouldn’t touch BitDefender with a 12 foot barge pole again.

Excellent customer service staff left with a steaming pile of $h1t to deal with by Bitdefender. Had a discount offer via email, and another through my account (I'm an existing customer) but when you click to buy, the price is double. Then I spent almost 2 hours of my precious time trying to sort it out. Honor your offers!!!
I don't get the positive reviews they must me fakes... Bitdefender blocks everything making it impossible to navigate to your normal 200% legit website like your internet provider!!! They put a message saying it's not safe??!!! Ridiculous it's FIZZ own by VIDEOTRON and you blocked it, you blocked my downloadable PC games and half of my favorites apps!!! Stay away if you don't want to be frustrated each and everyday!!! Now I asked for a refund after 5 days and they better give it to me or I will complain to BBB!!! You have been warned!!!
Having overcome some initial difficulties contacting Bitdefender, the service I received was excellent and reflected admirably on the competence of their technicians.
I've used Bitdefender for years because I believe it's the best for personal home security. Customer service at times isn't as helpful as it could be, but don't give up because you will find a Tech Support rep that will exceed your expectations as I have. I've also learned that other main providers use the Bitdefender system themselves. So I figured why not use the source system. In addition, the price is right.
WOW! That's all I can say. The response seen below speaks volumes to the issue I reported here. They have no phone number listed anywhere but this reply suggests I phone them and despite my many attempts to resolve the matter via emails, they have done NOTHING. To add to my frustration, their response is a standard reply "call us and repeat all you already did so we can frustrate you MORE. I've been a loyal Bitdefender customer for several years. While the software itself has mostly worked well, support was never their strong suit. Because I rarely needed assistance, I overlooked the slow responses — until now. It’s been over 4 months since I contacted support about a single issue. Despite repeated follow-ups, all I’ve received are occasional apologies for the delay — no real help, no resolution. There’s no phone number to reach a person, and their ticket system has been nothing but frustrating. To make matters worse, they more than doubled the subscription price this year, without offering any improvement in service. I didn’t renew my subscription and, unless they finally resolve this in the next few days, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere this week. Support should be a basic part of any paid service — especially at this price point. Bitdefender has lost my trust.
July 2024 installed 2 lots of 10 licenses on all our devices - our kids even in other countries - installation flawless, no problems, and has worked behind the scenes for everyone ever since. Central management works great but not needed as no problems ! Does intercept bad websites, etc. Background updates don't impact using the device. Excellent product, well Engineered. Good value. Highly Recommended.
there is no help when things go wrong.i tried to renew my subscription and never received a number to activate my renewal.there is no phone help and the tutorials don't answer your questionsi finally found a phone numbeer on the internet.aftergetting hung up on twice after waiting 8 minutes i finally reached them and they handled m y problem
