Brendan from bettergas came to fix my heating just before Christmas and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. He was really informative and helpful and managed to get my boiler back up and running in no time. He was especially considerate of our cat in the property and was friendly, tidy and professional throughout. His communication was excellent also. Your engineer, Brendan, did a terrific job on installing a new boiler and making good the hot water system at Berkeley Place, Wimbledon. He truly went the extra mile to make sure heating would be restored and carried out the work with cheerful efficiency. We are most grateful and would commend his work wholeheartedly at a time when it was freezing cold inside and outside. My husband is 95 and was particularly dismayed when we discovered the central heating system had broken down. We are very pleased, to say the least, to have it restored. Thank you, Brendan.
