I bought a headboard from here and as it was already dispatched I emailed as I had purchased the wrong size.. so I needed a refund.. they went to all effort of trying return the item aswell as refunding and was amazing at emailing back and trying to help! In the end they offered a full refund but no longer wanted the item returned. 🤯 holly @ berkfield home was amazing at replies and was really happy to help processing the refund stage. All in all very happy with their service and advice given 100% recommend. Thankyou

A flawless returns process. James was excellent in resolving an issue with a Jute Rug that I’d purchased via the Debenhams website. Offered several solutions, however in the end I opted for a full refund and that was efficiently processed.
