After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The item we bought is shocking quality. We originally had an issue when we opened the item and you could see it was filthy and had damage to the black finish. The seller offered a partial refund which was done quickly, but then we put the item up and the full extent of how poorly designed and cheap quality the item is. The pre drilled holes are in the wrong place so the sides are completely different heights. The brackets to hang the item gave us the wrong measurements too in the instructions so we had to take them off and do them again with our own best guess measurements! Spoke to the seller again to explain these issues and their response was well we've given you a partial refund already which isn't good enough. Avoid buying anything from here unless you want it to look like cheap rubbish.

I purchased an item and upon receipt and seeing it wasn’t as advertised. I requested a refund and was offered a 25%refund for something I hadn’t touched. It was onetime only offer. There was nothing wrong with the product after I received it, there is no reason not to provide a full refund. Terrible customer service I would not buy from here again and will be raising a dispute with my bank.
