Good customer service, quick responses
I purchased an item that was unfortunately not the right size, and Berkfield Home was quick at responding to my queries about arranging for a return and refund. They offered me a few options and it was all sorted quickly. Very good customer service.

Horrific customer services and liars :)
Yet again… customer service are ignoring my emails in regards to my refund they promised months ago which they haven’t fulfilled. Responding to my reviews saying to email the same email I’ve been emailing the last 5 months… avoid at all costs, scammers. @berkfield please email me back to sort this out. It’s unacceptable.

I wasn't very impressed with the product itself I think I got unlucky with a damaged set, but they were very quick to sort it all out and were very communicative so that's why 4 stars if the item wasn't damaged it would of been 5
