After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

We had an initial problem with the furniture purchased as we were disappointed with its quality. We contacted Berkfieldhome customer service and received regular e mail responses from their staff member Holly.We are absolutely delighted with the service in every way and were able to return the item with a full refund They are an excellent company to deal with and would highly recommend them Mrs Helen Hamill ..Paisley Scotland .

The TV unit we purchased was not good quality for £120. The instructions were horrendous. We decided to return, and ask for our money back. We packed the item, and was offered two discounts to keep it. We still did not want that. We were promised a full refund, and this was done extremely efficiently by Berkfield Customer Service. They were excellent. Refund received within 5 days. Thanks.
