The TV unit we purchased was not good…
The TV unit we purchased was not good quality for £120. The instructions were horrendous. We decided to return, and ask for our money back. We packed the item, and was offered two discounts to keep it. We still did not want that. We were promised a full refund, and this was done extremely efficiently by Berkfield Customer Service. They were excellent. Refund received within 5 days. Thanks.
