After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Placed my order through Debenhams

Placed my order through Debenhams. Item was not needed so I tried to process a return. I was directed to send an email to berkfield home. Reply was offering me 25% off the order and I could keep it. I declined this and wanted to return the item, I then got another email offering me 50% off.. I declined this and again requested a return & full refund.. I have not yet had any reply to several emails I have sent chasing this! Initial email was sent on the 17th January - so 2 weeks on and no further on. Dreadful service

Not the same as advertised

The item I bought the quality was not as described and didn’t look look like the photo on line . After a lot of emails they refunded me 50 percent of the price.

Great service

I order a table to which I needed to send back due to own preferences. Berkfield were very polite and friendly. They answered all my questions regarding my return. I would order from this company again as item arrived on time and exactly how it looked in the image.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service and responded quickly. Absolutely love the rug. The only reason why I gave it a four star is because it should have a non slip backing on it. Apart from that, it’s lovely. Would buy again from berkfield home.
