After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Faultless service

Faultless service. My item was beautifully crafted, delivered really fast despite being large & my rural location. Communication throughout was timely & accurate. Staff were exceptional, kind, polite, willing to go the extra mile to help. Would most certainly recommend & buy again. Thank you team.

False, inflated prices on Debenhams Marketplace

I must say that the quality is very poor. Multiple sections are chipped or even scratched. I think the biggest issue is how you are misleading customers on the price v’s quality on the Debenhams site. You are displaying a totally false original price, stating up to 70% off RRP to give the impression that the items are more premium than the reality. I have also seen on your own website the true prices, without any of the false, inflated prices you are using on Debenhams. Ultimately you are miss-advertising the quality of your products. There is absolutely no chance that the record cabinet I bought was ever worth £370! It’s not even worth the price I paid for it.

Great customer service

Great customer service Great customer service Great customer service. Although, the product itself was not like expected the team went extra mile in customer service in speed of response and communication. Given a full refund and allowed to keep the item too which of course will go to charity.
