Placed my order through Debenhams
Placed my order through Debenhams. Item was not needed so I tried to process a return. I was directed to send an email to berkfield home. Reply was offering me 25% off the order and I could keep it. I declined this and wanted to return the item, I then got another email offering me 50% off.. I declined this and again requested a return & full refund.. I have not yet had any reply to several emails I have sent chasing this! Initial email was sent on the 17th January - so 2 weeks on and no further on. Dreadful service
