After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Fantastic company to deal with I had to contact customer service and I received a 1st class service Delivery was really quick, and items when assembled are really nice and very high quality. I would not hesitate to use this company again. All staff in customer service are a credit to the company. I dealt with Lauren Holly and I think it was James. Thanks for a great experience as it's very difficult to get good customer service these days.
While the product was not good at all, customer service was very responsive and solved the issue appropriately
Cannot fault the service with this company. I brought a shed without my husband being around, and when the flat-pack shed arrived, my son-in-law told me it was not going to fit because of the trees at the back of the garden. I asked for a refund, and after many back-and-forths, they offered me a 50% refund and to keep the shed. So, with the money I had back, I can remove four of the trees. It was a win-win for me, and I will hopefully have a lovely shed once it has been put up.
Awful company. Ordered a bedside table 9 days ago and it has still not been dispatched when I payed for 2-5 day delivery. Berkfield keep blaming Evri & their tracking services. They are saying that they have sent the item & that Evri’s website hasn’t updated IN 9 DAYS. Please bear in mind they drop ship from another company. This is a joke and they are refusing to refund me for my order when my item hasn’t even been dispatched. Genuinely feel scammed by this company be aware.

Buying of the Internet is always a worry and especially when you have a problem as we did. However our problem was quickly dealt with and the company went beyond all expectations to resolve our issue in a quick and friendly manner. On this basis I will happily buy from them again.
