After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

The company were prompt in their replies to my query. The team advisor that I dealt with was most helpful and understanding of the issue. We reached a satisfactory conclusion in a short time.

Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a bed frame via B&Q in which Berkfield Home is the seller. I found a similar product which would be delivered much sooner so decided to cancel the order. Despite contacting Berkfield Home less than 30 minutes after placing the order I was told that orders cannot be cancelled. (I doubt very much any order is processed within 30 minutes on a Saturday) I was told I have to wait for the item to be delivered (delivery is scheduled for 10 days time) to then reject the delivery, wait for the item to be delivered back to the seller and then request a refund! I can already predict that they will then charge for the return This sounds like a massive scam. Completely disgraceful. I will be doing a card charge back as well as contacting trading standards. Edit following reply : Regardless if a conveyor belt is involved or not, it is a manual process of loading it onto a truck. Whether that's manually lifting or via a pallet mover there's a manual process involved. If you have delivery pick ups 7 days a week why is delivery scheduled for 18th February? Your answer completely contradicts your service. To think that you have also tried to have this review removed speaks volumes as to how you deal with actual customer issues.
Really helpful with any questions and queries, great company would definitely look to them again for good quality furniture
The whole shopping experience was nothing but flawless starting from order, through to delivery and a refund. I could not have asked for a better customer even more so when I realised my purchase wasn't quite right. No fuss refund offered. Well done and I hope other retailers follow suit.
Bought metal superking bed, came in about 100 pieces. Instruction manual awful. Pieces were not identified. Contacted customer services for refund. After being offered 25%, 50% refund, we eventually got 100% refund and they told us to keep the bed! That says a lot. Awful product. However james in customer service was very helpful and very quick to respond to emails.
