Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Purchased a bed frame via B&Q in which Berkfield Home is the seller. I found a similar product which would be delivered much sooner so decided to cancel the order. Despite contacting Berkfield Home less than 30 minutes after placing the order I was told that orders cannot be cancelled. (I doubt very much any order is processed within 30 minutes on a Saturday) I was told I have to wait for the item to be delivered (delivery is scheduled for 10 days time) to then reject the delivery, wait for the item to be delivered back to the seller and then request a refund! I can already predict that they will then charge for the return This sounds like a massive scam. Completely disgraceful. I will be doing a card charge back as well as contacting trading standards. Edit following reply : Regardless if a conveyor belt is involved or not, it is a manual process of loading it onto a truck. Whether that's manually lifting or via a pallet mover there's a manual process involved. If you have delivery pick ups 7 days a week why is delivery scheduled for 18th February? Your answer completely contradicts your service. To think that you have also tried to have this review removed speaks volumes as to how you deal with actual customer issues.
