After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Handling goods return

I cannot understand why this company cannot arrange/ accept returns of orders but will refund the cost and tell customer to keep the item ordered. I ordered the same item twice in error and that was the solution offered

Sideboard with terrible instructions…

I ordered a sideboard which looked nothing like the one on the website. It was much darker and the grain of the wood was totally different. Instead of offering me a refund, I was told that it was the same - as if I’m stupid! Also it was apparently on sale for £115, reduced from over £400 but, in my opinion, it’s not worth £50 and I would not have bought it if I saw it in real life!!

The product I ordered was unsuitable for what I needed so I got in touch with the company who very kindly organise it for me. They were very helpful and I would use them again.

Good service once order received and item fully refunded without requiring return.

Ordered two of the same item in error , only way to contact company was WhatsApp , messenger or email. No phone number contact. Email sent to be told unable to make changes once order placed and would have to wait for items to be delivered. Items received swiftly and in excellent condition. Product itself a bit flimsy. Contacted company via email again requesting refund of duplicate item. Full refund given for one item and told to keep item too and will not be collected. So not out of pocket but probably would have been better for item to be refunded / kept by company at point of first contact.

Great return support

I contacted the company to sent an item back. The item was fine, it was sent in good solid packaging. I sent the item back as I no longer required it. The team were great in handling the return. Would definitely use the company again
