Good service once order received and item fully refunded without requiring return.
Ordered two of the same item in error , only way to contact company was WhatsApp , messenger or email. No phone number contact. Email sent to be told unable to make changes once order placed and would have to wait for items to be delivered. Items received swiftly and in excellent condition. Product itself a bit flimsy. Contacted company via email again requesting refund of duplicate item. Full refund given for one item and told to keep item too and will not be collected. So not out of pocket but probably would have been better for item to be refunded / kept by company at point of first contact.
