After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 cabinets that where faulty. I had a full refund once sent over pictures of the faults. Also didn't have to go through the hassle of returning I was told no need to return them. Communication from James was excellent in solving my problem.

To begin, the sofa bed we ordered arrived a week late. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. The instructions were complex, requiring the tightening of hundreds of screws with precise measurements. Despite spending four hours struggling with assembly, I discovered that the parts provided were incorrectly sized and impossible to piece together correctly. Having realised the furniture was unusable and would need to be disposed of, I immediately requested a full refund. Their initial response was to offer a mere 25% discount, a tactic I've seen mentioned by numerous other dissatisfied customers on Trustpilot. This offer is completely unacceptable given the furniture's uselessness. I have since reiterated my demand for a full refund. Should my request for a full refund be ignored or unreasonably delayed (as has been reported by others, with Berkfield claiming an inability to locate customer correspondence - a rather ironic claim!), I will be forced to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities. Update 17th Feb - Berkfield offered a full refund
