After constantly requested a label to return faulty item when arrived,I was ignored then offered 25% off price if I kept or a exchange..I refused both was told I would get full refund once I complained to klarna.but still not received refund,? Avoid this company.

Order a garden play set with slide and swings and stairs to climb. Big wooden beautiful garden play gym. Was meant to be £245 got it for discounted price of £66. Received some rope and 2 plastic swings, some bolts and screws and got told this was the full order? I don’t think so. If it was the full order why was there a picture of the whole playgym with my instructions and why send me the screws and bolts? Spent nearly 2 weeks back and frothing with different people to be told different things and made to wait more and more time. Finally I’d had enough and wanted a refund. Then I got offered a 25% refund and I could keep the swings. Then offered me a 50% refund and keep the swings? Although the offer was nice enough what am o supposed to do with two swing seats and some rope? It’s an incomplete order one that cost me £66. Finally received a full refund and the company tried to make me feel better by letting me keep the rope and swing seats. Lucky me! Will not be ordering from them again.
Placed an order through Debenhams for a sideboard on 16th March,paid extra for 4 day Northern Ireland delivery. DPD tracking continuously coming up "incorrect details", I emailed Debenhams who replied a day later saying that the item should have been delivered today and that they need to contact Berkfield and wait 2 days for a response! So now I have to wait until next week even though I will be back at work by then. I ordered the item BECAUSE I was on leave all this week and would be at home. Absolute farce, won't be ordering anything with "Berkfield" on it ever again, arrived home this afternoon and the item had been delivered, luckily the courier had left it in the front porch.....tracking details need a bit of work for these items.
Excellent company helped me very much when I had an issue with the product. It was quickly resolved with no problems.
