Very rude customer service

Very rude customer service! Phoned over 24 hours before our flight home to confirm our pick up time as our flight is during the night so wanted to be on the safe side. Was told from a very rude lady with an attitude I will only be given the time the day before, call back tomorrow then hung up on me! Will not be using them again.

An overall excellent service.

As described with an overall excellent service. I booked online and made an error with dates and their customer service amended without any issues. Driver waiting at Alicante and again at resort with departure details emailed the day prior to travel. Recommended transfer firm and would use again.

Booked a private minibus transfer for a…

Booked a private minibus transfer for a stag do - got put onto a shared coach. Felt awful for all the other couples and families on the bus - totally I appropriate. Had booked the private minibus as I knew the group would be a bit rowdy and didn’t want to ruin anyone else’s experience. Had to wait about an hour before we were even moving. Poor show.

Avoid

Booked a transfer for my sister, whose flight landed in Alicante at 11.42pm. It is now 1am and she is still at the airport and has been told they're "waiting for a driver". To be left hanging around at the airport in the early hours of the morning is totally unacceptable. This used to be a reliable service, but has deteriorated greatly.

I travelled to Spain at the end of…

I travelled to Spain at the end of March 2025. I pre-booked a Beniconnect transfer from the airport to the resort and back. Upon arrival I had to wait over an hour for the transfer. I had to go and ask for the transfer time several times and was not kept informed. There were no chairs in the lobby and the staff were not helpful. The driver dropped me off at the agreed drop-off point. When I was leaving for the airport the pick-up point had changed to the other side of the restaurant where I had been dropped off. No one called me and when I enquired afterwards I received really rude service and was told that I had missed the transfer because I was not at the pick-up point. I was told that they tried to reach me by phone but I did not answer. The phone never rang. I am really disappointed and cannot recommend the service to anyone.

Service has deteriorated.

I have used Beniconnect many many times and I’m sorry to say the service has deteriorated. Waited at Alicante airport sitting on the bus for an hour plus waiting for other flights to arrive. The return journey took 90 minutes which is excessive and this was an express service. I think if I visit Benidorm in the future I will try another transfer company.

Didn't pick us up

Waited to be picked up at burger king in benidorm at 3.15am, a minibus arrived at 3.40am and refused to let us on, said we wasn't on the list, we showed him proof etc, he rang the office, they had our details but he still refused us onto the bus as we weren't on his list, had to get a taxi at a cost of €100, terrible service

Great service

We used these for the first time last week. Slightly apprehensive as we usually buy package holidays but it was so easy. Just go to the desk, they tell you where your bus is and you get an email regarding your return pickup which was spot on time. We used express shuttle and will definitely use again

Awful Experience

Awful Experience! The driver was speeding and accelerating so much in roundabouts you had to hold onto your seat not to fall off to the aisle! Taking the speed bumps in 20km/h zones at more than double the speed, my neck is still aching. One lady said the beniconnect transfer was worse than the air turbulence on her flight and that is unfortunately so true! We couldn't wait for the torture to end! Awful!

Disappointing experience point was nearly half…

My return pick up point was nearly half a mile away ,with having a disablement walking that distance was not possible, they dropped me off near my hotel on arrival but said it was not possible on the pick up as they said the road was closed ?? The road was closed only fifty yards from my hotel so could have easily arranged to pick me up closer ?? But they refused obviously not wanting to change there routine !!very unconciderate !! Also on arrival transfer they had staff and friends being dropped off during our transfer which made the journey longer !! Will not recommend them ,and especially if you have a disability,!!!

Left a disabled lady at the airport

I was a passenger on a beniconnect coach. A disabled lady was not allowed to get onto the coach because her wheelchair was electric. The driver told her that it was Spanish law, not to allow electric wheelchairs on the coaches, but their own website says that it is ok. The lady was really upset and crying, as we were driving away leaving her stranded. Really poor

Recomendado 100%

Es la segunda vez que viajo con ellos y sigo recomendando al 100% tube un problema con mi equipaje perdido tube que poner una reclamacion en el aeropuerto y no llegué a mi trasporte a tiempo las chicas del mostrador de Beniconenect me dijeron que solucione todo tranquila que ellas me solucionan lo de mi trasporte y así fue cuando baje tenia un traslado privado preparado para nosotras el conductor Paco Fuster súper amable nos ayudo con las maletas y con la poca movilidad de mi mamá agradecemos enormemente la amabilidad de este equipo tanto las chicas del mostrador como del chófer.
