I used to love their headphones
I used to love their headphones, I have had a few of them and it was really good. Obviously the name is also important since Dr.Dre was the face of the brand.

Work away a lot so ordered the Beats Pill to replace my Bose and it was cheaper and the sound quality is just as good if not better

I'm really disappointed. I purchased brand new Beats Studio Pro headphones 4 weeks ago for $300. They already declined, and I'm very good about keeping my belongings in good shape. There's a loud stat... See more

I bought my Beats headphones with my birthday money. The sound in the right ear stopped after 18 months and I was told this was a common error. Too expensive to have them repaired and Apple told me not to bother. Poor quality device that looks great but are actually rubbish. Very disappointed as I only wore them three days per week for around 10 minutes so their durability is useless.
I have a pair of Beats PowerBeats Pro ear buds which do provide good sound isolation and acceptable audio quality. Recently I contacted Beats support because I needed replacement ear tips because the original ones were wearing out. After a chat session which took way longer than it should I was quoted $9.95 for one silicon replacement ear tip. Not a pair and not a set of three different size pairs. Nope, just one and I could buy a set of 4 different size pair on Amazon for $7.95. I then realized that not only does Beats not want to sell you replacement anything. They basically discourage it with high prices. Much like anything today, Beats would rather sell me a new pair of Beats ear buds. I am no save the planet sort of guy, but I certainly believe it does not help the planet to encourage people to toss products simply based of the ideal that even the most basic repairs should be discouraged and to incentivize consumers to just buy a new product. This also goes back to Apple's own products as well which now owns Beats. Many Apple products are hardly made to be repaired easily or cheaply. When you claim to sell premium products like from Beats or Apple. You should expect buyers of these products would like to use them for a respectable amount of time. With that provide, good after sale support of wearable items to continue to use a product longer. Sadly, products of all types have become throwaway items that tend to discourage making any attempt to fix them.
Köpte beats by dre buds hörlurar Hackande ljud efter 10-20 min Ljudet bryts.
Studio buds: hard to put in, always about to fall out whichever way you pit them in. Sometimes they somehow get magnetised and won't fit back in the charger. Also, terrible high pitched whistling nosie whenever on ANC or ambient, which makes them pretty useless- there are chat posts on this issue, many have it and nobody can solve it, and Apple is of course silent
Review of Beats Studio 3 - after 18months the headphone material all peels off and becomes brittle and like many other users the quality and reliability of these headphones are poor. So many crap products made in China that don't last Had two sets of Beats and will never purchase again
Literally broke 20 days after one year warranty. Not saying apple has done something like this and there was a giant lawsuit but…
My son has had 7 pairs of Beats over 9 years. The in ear wireless and wired buds still work after 2 years plus as do the wireless solos. But the noise cancelling studio 3s, which are by far the most expensive, break quite easily where the headphones fold in between usage. He has broken 2 pairs so far ( he is a pro musician and uses them in a studio). His Bose headphones have worked continuously for 5 years plus and were cheaper than the Beats and the sound quality is fantastic. I’m just leaving this review so that people who are trying to save up hundreds of pounds for Beats Studio 3s think carefully.
I got the Beats Studio Buds They look cool and the sound quality is really good. I can easily tune out outside noise with the ANC, which works flawlessly, and the bass is really good. Just dont turn up the sound all the way💀
Beats by Dre - Studio Buds Fail after 1 year warranty expires! ANC turned on and creates a hissing sound and popping noise randomly. Not a good product for pro audio listeners.
This review is for the studio 3's: Half of the time these headphones will connect but there won't be any sound. You have to troubleshoot why they there isn't any sound and most of the time you have to re-pair the headphones to your phone after forgetting the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings. They're super flimsy too. I had a pair and dropped them twice. After a few months the noise canceling feature stopped working and on another pair one of the hinges broke. I have had three pairs so far and none of them lasting over a year. Next pair will be Bose!
Like everybody else is saying the Charging pack seems broken - the left earpiece doesn't seem to charge
beats solo pro are the worst unreliable products and apple care are equally ridiculous having enjoyed them for a period of approx 20 time usage they stopped charging and now don't connect apple sent me to a store on brompton road who offered me another pair for 130 plus tax circa 165 then contacted head office who were just as incompetent in the bin and never touch BEATS
I liked the Powerbeats Pro 2 I purchased but it wasn’t long before the left ear piece stopped charging, connection issues with phone etc. On top of this the support was poor to non existent. Won’t be buying Beats products in the future.
I‘ve bought them last winter and it hasn‘t even been 1 year and the panel broke. I jused them as always so i went to interdiscount ( where i bought them) and wanted a refund. They said that they need to send it to Beats itself due to some terms…. All i received from beats was, that its my fault and they are not going to give me a new pair. It gets even better… i literally needed to pay 40 Swiss Francs for the process. Well atleast can i use this bill afterwards as a discount for interdiscount….
A few years ago bought some wireless fairly pricey earphones. All fancy packaging and accessories with poor quality. The earphones while they worked were ok. Month or so later for no reason no sound from one side. Left a little while then called to attempt to resolve. After a long pointless conversation it was decided that a free collection would be made to send to fix, which I might or might not have e to pay for. The collection never happened after waiting in all day. Gave up and forgot about until recently came across. After charging has e found they do not work at all now. At a loss of what to do apart from maybe sell on as broken, not working for parts. Would not recommend.

Beats Electronics receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from consumers, with many expressing disappointment in the durability and reliability of their products. While some reviewers appreciate the sound quality, particularly praising the Beats Pill and PowerBeats Pro, the majority report significant issues with various models, including the Beats Studio and Powerbeats. Common complaints highlight problems such as rapid battery deterioration, connectivity issues, and poor build quality, with several users noting that their headphones failed within months of purchase. Despite a few positive experiences, the overall sentiment reflects frustration over the lack of longevity and performance. Many customers vow not to purchase Beats products again due to these recurring issues. Overall, Beats Electronics struggles to meet consumer expectations.
