Haben sich zwar schnell gemeldet aber mit einem unverschämten Angebot. Habe mich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt und der Kundenberater hat sich noch über mich lustig gemacht. Sehr unseriös.

Das ist eine Klicke die mit Motorschaden.de zusammenarbeitet. Die bekamen meine Daten von denen! Bei meinem Rang Rover haben die 6.000.-€ geboten und jeder Händler bittet für das selbe Auto 9.000.-€ und der beste Preis wurde angeboten mit 10.200.-€ Bj.2016 Ich kann eventuell vielen helfen das die Abstand von der Firma nehmen Es sind so viele Händler in der Nähe und Mann sollte mehrere Angebote von Seriöse Händler einholen!

Unsicher, ob es eine Betrugsmasche ist oder nicht.
Wurde über HUK-Autowelt Fahrzeugbewertung auf die Seite von CashforCars weiter geleitet, weil HUK-Autowelt keine beschädigten Autos bewertet. Angebot auf der Webseite ca. 9.000 Euro. Marktwert ca. 20.000 - 22.000 Euro. Reparatur im schlimsten Fall, ca 5.000 Euro (nur Hagel- und kleiner Blechschaden). Also zu den Akten legen. Aber am nächsten Tag eine Anruf weil man das Auto kaufen möchte. Das habe ich abgelehnt. Nun bekomme ich eine E-Mail von CashforCars die damit beginnt. "vielen Dank für Ihren Anruf bei CashforCars.de wir bedanken uns für Ihr Interesse". Ich habe dort nicht angerufen. Nun - nach Informationen aus dem Internet - meine Befürchtung, dass irgendwie versucht wird, mir zu unterstellen, dass ich einen Vertrag abgeschlossen hätte. Leider habe ich gedacht, wenn ich über die HUK-Autowelt Autobewertung weiter geleitet werden, dürfte das alles seriös sein und habe nicht vorher im Internet recherchiert, was ich sonst immer mache.

I am so fed up of being ripped off
I am so fed up of being ripped off! I was totally honest about my car and its faults. They gave me a price by email, then when they phoned to 'arrange collection' offered my a third of the quote. The email clearly says sold for the quoted price. Everyone needs to get onto trading standards about this company. Diabolical service.

What a bunch of jokers! Offer you one price online , you accept offer then call you and tell you they can pay you a third of offered price, clearly looking to rip off desperate people! And have the cheek to charge you £75 to collect it! NO THANKYOU WOULD RATHER GIVE IT AWAY!

Firstly the offer they gave me was completely false and the email very misleading. I was offered £345 plus £75 if I delivered my car. I accepted this order and had email confirmation. I then phoned to book my drop off location and was told they would give me £200 plus collection. I expressed my annoyance at being misled but agreed at this price as it was what other companies had offered. We booked my collection date on the phone and I received email confirmation. On the day I didn't have any contact with them so phoned around 2pm and was put through to the scrap yard who had no collection booking and were expecting a delivery. I had taken the day off work to be in between 8 and 5 for the collection so was very annoyed. I offered to deliver for the £75 but they said that wasn't part of their offer. Disappointingly I had to rebook the collection for the following week and therefore take more time off work. I received no confirmation. The day before I received an email saying they would be there between 8 and 5 but then later received a text from the driver telling me he would be there at 7. The car was off road at my parents so I would be traveling to meet them so being there for 7 was difficult. Thankfully the driver was ok with my parents handing the car over. The driver called at 7am to say he was there. Some how he had been given the address of a local garage where the car had never been and I had to direct him to the cars location. The driver was very apologetic and not to blame in this situation. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organisation in the company. I have wasted time off work for collections that didn't happen. I understand they hook you with a good offer but the email is incredibly dishonest and misleading. Will never use this company again.

Don’t waste your time
Don’t waste your time, offered less than all its competitors but I was attracted by the. Extra £75 if you drop the car to them. I arrange to sell my car to them and then they said they won’t pay the £75 if I drop the car to them.
