Firstly the offer they gave me was completely false and the email very misleading. I was offered £345 plus £75 if I delivered my car. I accepted this order and had email confirmation. I then phoned to book my drop off location and was told they would give me £200 plus collection. I expressed my annoyance at being misled but agreed at this price as it was what other companies had offered. We booked my collection date on the phone and I received email confirmation. On the day I didn't have any contact with them so phoned around 2pm and was put through to the scrap yard who had no collection booking and were expecting a delivery. I had taken the day off work to be in between 8 and 5 for the collection so was very annoyed. I offered to deliver for the £75 but they said that wasn't part of their offer. Disappointingly I had to rebook the collection for the following week and therefore take more time off work. I received no confirmation. The day before I received an email saying they would be there between 8 and 5 but then later received a text from the driver telling me he would be there at 7. The car was off road at my parents so I would be traveling to meet them so being there for 7 was difficult. Thankfully the driver was ok with my parents handing the car over. The driver called at 7am to say he was there. Some how he had been given the address of a local garage where the car had never been and I had to direct him to the cars location. The driver was very apologetic and not to blame in this situation. I am highly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and organisation in the company. I have wasted time off work for collections that didn't happen. I understand they hook you with a good offer but the email is incredibly dishonest and misleading. Will never use this company again.
