Haben sich zwar schnell gemeldet aber mit einem unverschämten Angebot. Habe mich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt und der Kundenberater hat sich noch über mich lustig gemacht. Sehr unseriös.

Das ist eine Klicke die mit Motorschaden.de zusammenarbeitet. Die bekamen meine Daten von denen! Bei meinem Rang Rover haben die 6.000.-€ geboten und jeder Händler bittet für das selbe Auto 9.000.-€ und der beste Preis wurde angeboten mit 10.200.-€ Bj.2016 Ich kann eventuell vielen helfen das die Abstand von der Firma nehmen Es sind so viele Händler in der Nähe und Mann sollte mehrere Angebote von Seriöse Händler einholen!

Nach meiner Anfrage habe ich direkt eine Rückmeldung erhalten. Über WhatsApp konnte ich Fotos hochladen, was ich positive finde. Nachdem sich ein Mitarbeiter meldete und ich meine Preisvorstellung mitteilte, wurde abgelehnt. Auf Nachfrage was ich für den Wagen noch bekommen würde würde gar nicht mehr reagiert. Eine Kommunikation auf einmal abzubrechen hat nichts mit Kundenservice zu tun.

Couldn't organize a piss-up in a brewery
Dreadful. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Suddenly move the goalposts. After nightmares I went to Peddle and things were sorted almost immediately. I learned that chasing the best price is pointless if they can't close the deal.

Auto mit Motorschaden
Ich habe mein kaputtes Auto dort angeboten und was soll ich sagen, die Kommunikation war super, der Preis war sehr fair und die Überweisung war schnell abgewickelt. Die Abholung konnte man terminlich gut abstimmen und wurde von einem Fahrer des ADAC durchgeführt und hat wunderbar geklappt und war schnell durchgeführt.

Ich kann Cash for Cars nur empfehlen. Ich habe mein Auto verkauft, weil ich ein neues Fahrzeug bestellt habe. Vom ersten Kontakt mit Herrn D. Über Kaufvertrag bis hin zur heutigen Abholung (Wunschtermin) bzw. Bezahlung in Echtzeit, alles hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Vielen Dank!!

No one turned up to collect the car two…
No one turned up to collect the car two days running. No one let me know so myself and two young children stood for hours waiting in the wind and rain. Dreadful service. I used sellmycar.com instead who collected when they said they would and gave me more money. Would avoid cash for cars.
