I always ask the services of Beal's of Havant when letting my loft room's. I have them reference my new tenants coming in. To include organizing the deposit, and financial side of things whilst providing both myself and my new tenant with a with a comprehensive copy of the new tenancy agreement, signed sealed and delivered. I find this to be a considerable weight off my shoulders, where the laws associated with carrying out such tasks are concerned! I find the individuals at Beal's of Havant to be courteous, approachable and always professional. I have had cause to do business with Joseph Keaton the manager, on three separate occasions now and never once have I been disappointed.
