I have dealt with Beals a hand full of times now as I am looking for my first family home. I have now viewed a few properties with Jade Spencer from Beals. Jade has been nothing but helpful throughout the process, she is very professional and knowledgeable. After the experience we have had so far we can see that all staff including Jade are very professional, care about their clients and their work. I would recommend Beals to any first time buyers and existing buyers as they have strived to provide me with a seamless service throughout.

I rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life). Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property. Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back. I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal.

On my first meeting with Dan he was able to provide all the information that I needed to make the decision to use Beal's to sell my home. They were professional and did everything they said which led to my home being sold within 2 weeks and at the agreed sum.

The girls in the agents in Bitterne have been a lifesaver for us. Jade, Hannah and Carly have been at the end of the phone giving advice without any judgement to how stupid our questions may be. We are first time buyers and have been let down by other agents in Southampton so are so happy to have found them! I will recommend to any other buyers and hopefully will secure a home through them.
