Thanks very much to Charles Yazdanparast of Beals at Shirley, Southampton. He did a great job getting my purchase of a flat over the line, especially as we had very tight time-scales to meet. I know he had to do a lot of running around to help the seller, as well as answering daft questions from me - which he did very quickly and professionally!
