We used Beal's for our purchase. Emma and Lauren were professional from the outset and all the way through the transaction. They came back to our enquires quickly and didn't even get annoyed at our daily phone calls at point of exchange! Would recommend buy or sell side!

Yes honesty is a must! We rented a property through Beals, Parkgate for 4 years. During our time we greatly improved the property for the landlord, new Lino, carpets re decorated etc. always communicated for permission to do so & what we got in return was no thanks, just a cock n’ bull story that the landlady wished to terminate our tenancy after 4 years to move her ailing, elderly mother into our rental. We now understand this was just a lie, of which Oliver Sourmenidis, the letting manager of Parkgate was complicit. I am telling you this in all honesty, something that our letting agents know nothing about!

We have just purchased a property through beals. After some difficulty, Katie took on our case and was absolutely brilliant. She worked really hard on keeping us updated daily and went out of her way to get the purchase completed, great customer service.

Before my encounter with Beals Bitterne, I had dealt with many Estate Agents, but Beals was unique by all standards - the staff attended to my needs with the highest level of professionalism.
