Very professional from the start and helpful in all my enquiries. Was shown around the property by Billie and she was informative and told us everything we needed to know as well as explained everything involving payment clearly. I spoke to Shelby on the phone a couple of times and she was also helpful and was patient when having phone trouble trying to pay the deposit and lastly Jasmine who we signed the forms with and has helped me as well with the referencing process. Could not have asked for a smoother process and team to help and would 100% recommend to anyone to use Beals in southsea

2 years of dealing with beals, awful company, do not care about the customer. Constant house issues, maintenance team will take weeks to even get anything sorted, could name atleast 4 office workers who have either lied or denied lying at multiple points. Pass you around the office so they don't have to deal with you, endless amounts of issues, often tell you they will call back and don't. Do not rent with beals. Poor company at best.

I put my father’s house in Fareham up for sale as he had to move into a retirement home due to decreased mobility. I selected Beales as the Estate Agents based on their good local reputation. I wasn’t looking forward to the process as I live in Essex so everything had to be done remotely through Beales. However, they really did a good job from start to finish. The house sold within days as they already had buyers looking for exactly this sort of property. From then on it was plain sailing - they have someone called a ‘sales progressor’ whose job it is to make sure everything happens as quickly as possible. Their progressor, Katie Healey, was my main contact and living elsewhere, I was SO grateful to her as my go-to contact for everything right up to Completion day. I can recommend Beales - they are organised, professional and friendly.
