Our experience with Beals(Portsmouth) has been exceptional from start to finish. Dan(Back) worked with us to achieve the pictures and details we wanted to really show our home to its full potential. We had a massively successful open day and Dan secured us a brilliant buyer through his valued experience. He kept us reassured throughout the whole process and Brett kept the after-sales wheels churning which kept our confidence we were in safe hands. Myself and my partner Kate bought our first property and Beals were the Estate Agents involved. I was very happy with my experiences when it concerned Daniel Black and Brett Gamblin. They were very quick and helpful to answer our queries and resolved any complaints we had. Unfortunately at times the completion date did move back (which is not Beals doing of course) but Brett did follow up on things very quickly and kept us posted which was great! Our main complaint during our experience with Beals was having explicitly told one of the staff at Beals (who wished to discuss Mortgage Protection Insurance via one of their own finance brokers) that before booking anything in I would need to speak to my partner. My partner was then called to book something in behind my back which did cause some complaints from myself. I did get an apology which was the main thing. However despite this, very good indeed!
