The staff at the Havant branch have been amazing! Had a missing person issue over Christmas this person rents as a tenant at one their properties. They have been so helpful and supportive and made so much effort to assist with this delicate situation. In terms of the initial sale of the property the team at Beals provided a great service. The main area of issue came through their conveyancing recommendation, although I appreciate I am reviewing Beals, we took this referral and had nothing but problems with the appointed company Ackroyd Legal. Regarding the after sales and purchase support, I needed to be proactive in gaining updates and found it slightly frustrating trying to gain agreement on a date of completion to focus on and work towards. All in all a mixed experience.
