In terms of the initial sale of the property the team at Beals provided a great service. The main area of issue came through their conveyancing recommendation, although I appreciate I am reviewing Beals, we took this referral and had nothing but problems with the appointed company Ackroyd Legal. Regarding the after sales and purchase support, I needed to be proactive in gaining updates and found it slightly frustrating trying to gain agreement on a date of completion to focus on and work towards. All in all a mixed experience.
