Simon has been the agent helping me with finding the ideal property for me and my daughter for the past two weeks. He understood immediately what i like and made sure he showed me only places that would suit our needs. Once we secured a property, we faced some challenges with the process and he went above and beyond my expectations. I never imagined someone being so kind and helpful !!! Completely awful company. They don't let you finish the tenancy in 1 month as it should be,they need 2 months for that. Aswell you will have to contact them every single day and still not having your deposit back after 1 month. Aswell they will enter into your flat with other people,not knocking into the door and show it without any notice and when you not even thinking to move out. Be careful with whose scammers.

I tried to arrange viewing for one of the property in Havant. Firstly "gentleman" picking up the phone was extremely rude...not mentioning with struggling to take a name and phone number over the phone call conversation ( was repeating myself 4 times ), promising someone calls back ... 4 weeks in still waiting for call back ( chased multiple of times) Lack of customer focus, not approachable. This explain why they have slowest turnaround of properties..... I won't use this agency , I do not recommend it.
