Another fantastic experience with Barrhead Travel. Everyone is so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Jolene and Julie are exceptional. Can highly recommend this company.

Customer service was great

We were given great customer service especially considering my wife's disability requirements. So the customer service advisor was very good at choosing the hotel and location to satisfy our needs.

We felt at ease and advised properly, the gentleman from Barrhead Travel could not have been more helpful.

Nice young girl did the job of booking which I had been struggling with for days. I shall return another time.

Our rep couldn't do enough for us he wanted our holiday to be perfect He made sure we had all the amenities we asked for

I'm giving it a 2 star as Darren at the stockport branch did sort it out. Thus us a follow up from my previous review. 2 weeks into waiting for my money back for my cancelled holiday I rang to see what was happening I know they said up to 28 days but we are now half way through that. To be told I couldn't have my money back until easyjet had paid them??? What??? I paid you it's up to you sort your issue out with easyjet. Asked to speak to a manager. Told Barrhead only do one payment run a month, once they had the money back from easyjet it would be in the next run??? So how long am I expected to wait, I was livid it's my husbands 50th birthday and I can't book another holiday until I get this money back! I was thinking told I had an attitude problem! I probably did I was extremely upset. Darren did sort it and hopefully I'll get my money in the next 3-5 days. Advice, don't use a travel agent, do your own research and book online yourself. I've now found a deal cheaper than barrhead offered me in the first place, I just need my money back so I can book it

Staff were very helpful, with our booking, the only down side was after we had booked was a bit of an issue of arranging to getto Southampton, usually we have travelled by coach with previous cruise line but we found out MSC cruise line did not provide a coach connection so had to arrange other alternative to get there.
