Louise O. Was excellent as usual. She changed our flights to Barbados from Virgin to BA ,arranged a hotel the evening before our cruise and then gave us a very good deal! My only negative would be that each time I rang Scotland I had to hang on a long time before the phone was answered, perhaps people could be told where they are in the queue?
