Follow up from previous review
I'm giving it a 2 star as Darren at the stockport branch did sort it out. Thus us a follow up from my previous review. 2 weeks into waiting for my money back for my cancelled holiday I rang to see what was happening I know they said up to 28 days but we are now half way through that. To be told I couldn't have my money back until easyjet had paid them??? What??? I paid you it's up to you sort your issue out with easyjet. Asked to speak to a manager. Told Barrhead only do one payment run a month, once they had the money back from easyjet it would be in the next run??? So how long am I expected to wait, I was livid it's my husbands 50th birthday and I can't book another holiday until I get this money back! I was thinking told I had an attitude problem! I probably did I was extremely upset. Darren did sort it and hopefully I'll get my money in the next 3-5 days. Advice, don't use a travel agent, do your own research and book online yourself. I've now found a deal cheaper than barrhead offered me in the first place, I just need my money back so I can book it
