The flights and villa were great. I wouldn’t trust the car hire again. Our package for 7 people came with two cars and when I questioned the deposit needed at source my travel rep ensured me it was 750 per car not 1500 each. When we got here they wanted 3200 for both which I didn’t have on a credit card. I’d advised the travel rep of this and like I said she’d ensured me it wasn’t needed. I offered the car hire place 2000 deposit on a debit card and they refused so had to pay £360 for insurance. BTW one car was fine the other is really poor, can’t even get up the drive if the villa so haven’t used it and had to use taxis everywhere.

Efficient helpful service.

For the last few years we've booked our holidays from Barrhead Travel & have had no issues or problems. This is mostly due to your staff member Monica Stevens. She is the most helpful, friendly & engaging young woman. She is patient & informative, always advising us throughout the choosing & booking of our holiday. She is so efficient & communicates via email both before & after our holiday. I would say that she's the main reason why we continue to choose your service. We recently travelled into Glasgow from our home in Ayrshire as Monica had moved from the Barrhead office to the main office in Gordon Street. It was like visiting an old friend again! Monica deserves your acknowledgement & praise for representing your service so efficiently. She made the whole process of booking our holiday, so easy & stress free. Thanks so much Monica for all your help!
