All the staff at Northwich branch are very helpful and knowledgeable. We usually deal with Sarah who knows exactly what we like and always guides us to the most suitable holiday for us. We have never been disappointed.

We had a holiday in Croatia the accommodation was not suitable for ladies age 80 yrs with poor mobility .It was on a steep hill and plenty of steps with no hand rails. We had booked half board and to get to the dinning room would have been an impossible challenge we went to the hotel reception they moved us to the hotel with a charge of 270 pounds , Which we paid so we could mange our holiday to continue On arriving home we informed your firm who advised us to contact the Jet 2 company with only an apology no refund We would like Jet 2 to listen to what we are saying so no other person with poor mobility wil be put into inappropriate accommodation

I came in to the travel agents on the Friday to book a solo trip for myself .Audrey in the falkirk branch was great .I told her I did t want a long flight or transfer. She got me booked for the aluna sun Costa Park in torremilinos. I had an amazing holiday so I'm glad I went I'm as I had not seen this offer online
