Hired a car online for 4 days for a family of 6. Good communication, great car, great service. From when we landed in Auckland airport, shuttle picked us from airport, took us to our car, key was handed to us and off we went. Returned back to auckland, a shuttle bus took us to airport. Great experience, Thankyou

Great value, clean car and great service

Amazing value for money car hire and we would highly recommend to anyone based on our positive experience. The car was well maintained and went very well. We were given a hybrid vehicle, which was an unexpected surprise and saved us quite a bit in petrol at NZ$3/litre. The staff were courteous and efficient and everything went smoothly including pick up and drop off. Will definitely use you next time and have no hesitation in recommending.

Great price, well maintained late model car, staff were helpful and friendly. Courtesy bus drop off was directly outside Auckland International Terminal. Overall, excellent experience and will gladly recommend to anyone travelling to NZ.

Definitely a Bargain! Downside would be the shuttle bus off the airport with family in tow but for basically half the price of a similar vehicle onsite, you cant go wrong!

DO NOT HIRE FROM BRC. Went to pick up my 2917/18 corolla to find i had been left a 2005 Nissan gas guzzler. They relied on the fact i was due to arrive at 1am and settle, instead i waited until 9am and hired a car from Apex. When you contact them they just lie or say there is nothing they can do.

Tina was amazing. everything was easy to understand and explained well. I had pushed a button on the dashboard that made the car ding when we left the depot at closing time. We didn't want to hold the staff up at closing time with this small problem so left with the car dinging. I discovered the button I had pushed 30 mins later and stopped the dinging. The following morning Tina rang me, to see if the vehicle had stopped doing it, and offered to bring us another vehicle if it needed. I thought it was an excellent piece of customer service, and was very pleasantly surprised. I can't give Tina high enough praise for her efforts, I felt like a VIP customer! The car was good too! and the price was very reasonable for our weeklong hire. The total experience with the team at Bargain Rental Cars was exemplary!

The woman on the phone was so helpful and explained everything so we were as organised as we could be. The team at Onehunga were really friendly, gave us all the info we needed and the car was perfect for our needs. Would thoroughly recommend and thank you so much!

My flight got delayed. With other rental companies, it always a struggle to fix this with the company. BRC was the most understandable and they, without making any hussle about it, moved the pick-up time to the new time of landing. They answered very quick to my request and always thinking with me on the problem and making sure I would be on the road as planned. Always very helpful when I had a question or a problem. The rental company that understands customer service.

Efficient pick up and drop off service. I lost my backpack (containing passports, laptops and money). I went back to the airport branch the next morning and the helpful gentleman was able to locate the missing backpack for me

My car rental was a great experience, customer service was excellent very friendly and informative. The vehicle was exactly what was promised and the hire was made super easy with shuttle to and from the airport.

We rented from the Wellington airport office and I thought the whole experience was very good, I appreciated the straight forward approach and clear pricing unlike some of the multi nationals. The car was clean and tidy and we had no issues whatsoever. I would recommend Bargain Rental Cars

Really friendly, local, family run business. No pushy receptionist trying to get you to upgrade. Really excellent value for money (much cheaper than all the big rental companies). They had the vehicle I wanted, so was able to be very cost effective with spend on petrol as the car was a hybrid.
